Ordering
If you have seen something on my site that you
would like to order, please contact me by
email
or phone at (907) 522-6748*. Be sure to include in your email the
name of the piece. If the item is in stock, I will ship it within
1-3 days after your credit card/check clears. If it is not in stock,
I will ship it within 2-6 weeks. If any of the one-of-a-kind items
show a gallery's name next to it, you should contact the gallery directly
for that purchase.
Payment
At present, payment can be made by check (drawn
on U.S. banks), Mastercard, and Visa.
Shipping
Shipping is done via insured USPS Overnight, Priority, or Registered
mail. The total shipping charge, which includes a nominal handling fee, depends upon the price and weight
of the item(s). When placing your order, I will give you an estimate of the
shipping charge.
Returns
I guarantee my work to be free from defects
in both craftsmanship and materials. I want you to be satisfied with
your purchase. If you are not satisfied, returns are accepted within
two weeks if the item is in the same condition as when received by you.
The balance will be refunded less shipping costs. Please contact

before returning
any order. This policy applies to non-commissioned work only.
When commissioning a piece, please ask me about my return policy for
commissioned
work.
